Over the weekend, we will practice yoga, meditation, and pranayama, all surrounded by the raw beauty of Finnmark’s landscapes.
Our home for the retreat will be the charming Båtsfjord Brygge, a boutique hotel perfectly blending comfort with the rugged character of Northern Norway.

10:00 – Morning Ashtanga Yoga & Meditation – awakening the body and mind
13:00 – Lunch with fresh, local ingredients
14:30 – Free time for exploration or deep rest (nature walks, journaling, or silent contemplation)
16:00 – Backbending & Nervous System Regulation Workshop – techniques to release stress
18:30 – Sauna session – deep detox and relaxation. (additional fee)
20:00 – Light evening meal. Yin Yoga

Welcome to my yoga space! I am a Mysore Ashtanga Yoga teacher with 15 years of experience, nestled in the wild landscape of Finnmark, in northern Norway.
My practice is not just about asanas; it’s a journey inward, supported by scientific knowledge and personal experience. I’ve navigated the challenges of injuries, which have taught me respect for the body and a mindful approach to yoga.
Today, I combine yoga with scientifically proven facts , outdoor sports (ice skating, skiing, running, cycling, climbing), and I continuously expand my knowledge.
