I offer individual sessions in Ashtanga Yoga (Mysore-style), Yin Yoga, Yoga Wheel, backbending, and handstand preparation. Whether you’re a total beginner or an experienced practitioner, I meet you exactly where you are—gently guiding you through postures, transitions, and breathwork in a way that feels empowering and sustainable.
Each session is fully dedicated to you. We begin with a short consultation to define your goals, physical condition, and current relationship with movement. From there, I create a structure that supports your body, mind, and schedule—step by step.
💻 All sessions are held live on GOOGLE (or another platform of your choice), so you can practice from anywhere in the world, even in your own cozy corner at home.

How it works:
• We start with a 5-class package, giving you time to feel the rhythm of the practice and decide whether this form—and my teaching style—resonates with you. You don’t need any prior experience with yoga or knowledge of asanas. I will guide you clearly and patiently through the methodology, breathing, and technique.
