Ashtanga Yoga

An essential part of this practice is the gradual learning of the sequence. The method is based on precision in each asana, using various techniques, as our bodies are asymmetrical and each one is unique.

BACKBENDS-HIPS

In this space, we let go of rigid hierarchies of poses and levels. This practice is about moving without pain, and avoiding patterns that can lead to injury. It’s rooted in a personal, one-on-one approach – you receive individual guidance tailored to your body and your needs.

For those starting from zero, and for those who want to refine their technique — with a deeper understanding of shoulder mechanics, scapular movement, and latissimus dorsi engagement — while reducing wrist pain. This is for anyone looking for a focused, intentional approach.

FLEXIBILITY COMES WITH AN EXPIRY DAY

You can let your practice unfold over a lifetime, or rush through it in just a few intense years.

Flexibility in Yoga — But Not at Any Cost. In the yoga world, we’re often encouraged to push for dramatic results fast. Deep backbends, “catching” in Ashtanga yoga, and extreme range of motion are often praised and idealized. But if you try to compress 10 years of practice into just a few seasons — forcing your body into shapes it's not ready for — you’ll likely pay a price. Maybe not today, but over time: pain, injuries, and chronic strain are common consequences. I believe that flexibility is not the goal, and yoga is not a competition. A conscious, respectful approach to movement builds a healthy spine, strong core stability, and sustainable mobility — without risking long-term damage. Because in yoga, as in life, shortcuts often come with hidden costs.

Alchemiczne Poznanie
