Yoga Wheel Practice is not only streching and bending, with this props you can potentially increase the flow of energy and blood as you open up and breathe through the channels (nadis) of the body.

Yoga Wheel Props it is a revolutionary support that helps everyone who feels stagnant
and tension in the upper part of the spine.

The wheel is additionally recommended for people who are trying to develop their own
bending back practice. In a very simple way you can reach very hard unreachable place in the body, particularly neglected area chest and joints. The vinyasa sequence of movements that Renia will introduce allow you to warm up the spine and prepare it for the next steps: splits, headstand, inversion or very backbends.
After workhops you might practice individual positions in isolation from full vinyasa sequence or put it together.

ABOUT THE TEACHER

Renia
Her fascination with Ashtanga Yoga and eastern philosophies is the result of her earlier interests. She graduated from a University with a master’s degree in Indian Philosophy. She came into Ashtanga Yoga with a strong background in Iyengar Yoga and Martial Arts which she had been doing for many years. Renia studied with R. Sharath Jois, Prem and Heather Radha Carlisi, Isa Wong, Edi Stern, Iain Grysak, Bobbi Misti, and more – to whom she is grateful for their teaching, guidance which revealed to her the magnitude and depth of yoga and the revolutionary accomplishment of K.Pattabhi Jois. Their constant encouragement gives her motivation and strength to perfect her yoga practice. Currently she combines the difficult art of being a creative artist with traveling and being Ashtanga Yoga Teacher of Intermediate Level, Second Series of Ashtanga Yoga accreditation of Yoga Allience, finished in Rishikesh in India.
For almost 4 years she was living in Thailand to learn thai massage from the master Pichest Boonthumme.
Ashtanga Yoga and Thai Massage changed her approach to self-discovery and embodied awarenes to deepened her appreciation of the unique challenge and wonderful gift of relationship to yourself.
