Ashtanga Yoga | Mysore

Man should never live only for himself, it is worth to help, because it brings a lot of benefits. Mysore's style answered my expectations about the role of being a Yogi teacher. What I am particularly interested is giving corrections that may work in a therapeutic way.
While Mysore Style is quiet, relaxation occurs at the end, then the head and the body become surprisingly lighter. Mysore Practice brings better flexibility, but, what's most important to me, is getting married with yourself and an incredible sense of body comfort. 
Ashtanga Yoga is a bit like climbing the mountains. We think we can not make it, so we choose milder activities on which we can cope. It is difficult to admit to weakness, so we deny ourselves and do not try further.
Children don`t think about the consequences, they don`t think whether they will manage, they try, they fall, they cry,  they rise, they despair for two minutes and try again. This is the Ashtanga Yoga Method.
